As one of the many denizens of the realm of Hinako, he at least knows where he stands; at the bottom of the hierarchy, with the rest of the yokai. He knows the other denizens rather dislike his kind, and he knows to avoid the worst of these at all costs; the gods, the denizens at the highest level of the hierarchy, and the only ones with the power to traverse between realms at whim. Despite this, Kono is a cheerful, young yokai determined to do his best to enjoy life. And then fate got involved; hence the rapidly declining quality of his week. By the time this week is out, he will meet a human, a spirit, and worst of all, a god. The game of fate has just begun.
