As I lie here on my deathbed, I look back upon my life and find it exciting and temperamental ones. Many of the adventures I experienced involved my deceit friend, Sherlock Holmes. So few of these have seen the light of day. I decided to publish my notes about those adventures to the public, in an attempt to revive my dear friend's memory.

The Missing Detective
