Aiyla Siddique, aspiring Muslim and electrical engineer of Bengali descent, finally decides to settle down after graduating University. Heart in turmoil, not knowing how to balance the arranged and friendship needed to choose her life partner, she seeks out to find herself and make the best possible decision for her life.

Set in the busy city of Montreal, in Canada, where poutine and Frenglish are omnipresent, Aiyla tries to see the light at night, the time of the day she's able to think the best, but so does someone else, and unconsciously she becomes someone's moonlight.
