As they begin to form their new faction, Starscream recalls his monthly arrangement he has with an outsider, and requests permission to meet with him. Megatron green-lights this on one condition: to go along and meet the outsider as well. A fic to play around with my ideas of making Skyfire/Starscream "canon" in my AU.
