"Running. Breathe in, breathe out. Some have made a career out of it, some would rather not. For me, it's the only thing that keeps me going. The painful irony is that I have copd. Copd is a type of obstructive lung disease characterized by long-term poor airflow. A real winning combination I know. The inhaler helps a bit I suppose but my lungs still suck. I got diagnosed with asthma when I was 5 and I've kind of been outcasted since. High school to me is a do over, even I'm skeptical. But at this point I'm learning to roll with the punches and take life one step at a time."
