Chloe Hosterman (Dove Cameron) was just a normal teenage girl, living her normal teenage life, well kinda, her and her best friend since kindergarten Peyton (Meyer) were just handing on in there until graduation at the end of next year, but when they come back for their final semester before senior year two new kids are in town, Ryan and Sabrina (Carpenter) McCartan were the new kids in a pretty small town, with their parents having just finalised their divorce and their other sibling Sarah having stayed with their mom in Pennsylvania they moved with their dad out to Seattle, Washington to live with his girlfriend, they were always close but what happens when Sabrina brings home a new friend who falls hard for her older brother, the one person she's never had to share, will he fall for this girl too? Will Sabrina find her own love? Can they all make it through their last years at high school?
