The setting takes place in 2012, where countries have started using people with Powers to fight in their wars with other countries. 

Emma Barr is a normal 17 year old girl--except for the fact that she's a Power user. She has the ability to manipulate ice. She goes to a normal high school and does normal things like the average school girl. That is, until an event happens at her school which drags her to take part in the situation.

After being discovered as a Power user, she is required to switch to a school which trains and enhances a person's Power called a Power Institution. This story tells the tale of how Emma Barr came to be known as the Ice Witch.Seluruh Hak Cipta Dilindungi Undang-Undang
