THE ICE WITCH
The setting takes place in 2012, where countries have started using people with Powers to fight in their wars with other countries.
Emma Barr is a normal 17 year old girl--except for the fact that she's a Power user. She has the ability to manipulate ice. She goes to a normal high school and does normal things like the average school girl. That is, until an event happens at her school which drags her to take part in the situation.
After being discovered as a Power user, she is required to switch to a school which trains and enhances a person's Power called a Power Institution. This story tells the tale of how Emma Barr came to be known as the Ice Witch.

The Noble Academy has a group of people that are born with special abilities besides the other humans. They are called Elementals. These people are at the top of the school. So far, the known abilities are fire, water, earth and air. These people wear red cloaks and mask to protect their identities. What happens when there is a person that has all the abilities and more? Meet Winter Valentine. She knows what she is and she knows it must be kept as a secret. The elders of the Academy keep a close eye on her. Fearing that she can be a dangerous threat as she controls very strong powers. A dangerous power is approaching and not all the Elements can defeat them. There's only one person who can stop the threat before it's too late - the subject of the prophecy. Unfortunately for Alyssa, no one knows how to stop the threat or what exactly it is. Despite the fact everyone seems to thing the savior is Alyssa, no one knows for sure, and one false attempt will destroy everything Aptitude Academy has ever known.
