After an economic collapse in America due to a deadly virus transmitted to people through livestock and rodents most farmers had to eliminate most of their livestock, they called this The Livestock Elimination Act of 20XX. Because of this Act all of Otis's friends were killed however Otis survived and now lives his life hiding amongst the humans, slowly finding his way to avenge all of his friends. (I do not own Otis the Cow, he is a character from the Nickelodeon show Back At The Barnyard and the Nickelodeon movie Barnyard.)
