Arkham Asylum, a home for the criminally insane a place for mentally ill patients to get the treatment they so rightfully need. What most people don't know is what actually lies behind those large iron gates. What truly lies behind those gates is a true hell on earth, the things being done to the patients is truly sickening to the core.
