Aware of her sister's love for Richard, Nicole requests Maine to be surrogate mother for their child and commits her husband to wed Maine, trusting only her sister to give the kind of love she wants for her husband and baby. He's the bad boy of the school. However, he's not so much a bad boy. He's simply misunderstood. Only, he's been through quite a lot, just like Megan. In fact, they have more in common than Megan knows. When Jared and Megan's worlds collide (quite literally), Megan finds herself drawn to the boy that annoys her to no end, teases her, but makes her feel happy and protected, something almost unknown to her. Megan must make a choice in the end: Does she take a chance with the familiar boy, or does he become another "What if?" in her life? NOTE: I first wrote this story when I was around 13-14, so there will be cliches and cringe-worthy writing at moments. *Caution: Some language*
