What if you had a chance to relive a day? A day of your life, after it is all over. What would you do? Once everything is over, once you’re gone, there is no coming back; so it can’t change or influence anything, can it? What if one little thing, could have saved you? And you were prone to it at the time? What if you could has said something different, something different that would have helped someone else, would have made their day, rather than ruin it? After you aren’t there to take it back, how would that person feel? Raine, 16, has this opportunity. After her life was lost, she had the chance to come back and relive a day, or two, of her past, but what day would she be sent back to? - Was it one she wanted to relive, to remember? Or one she did not?

A Lifetime

19 delen Compleet

Chance knew the second that he met Kate...she was life-changing. It was the most powerful love until the day he destroyed it. He didn't mean to hurt her, but he lost her. A lifetime passed and fate waited. Now, one of the wealthiest businessmen in NY, he needed her help, and she agreed reluctantly to work with his assistant. It was business and there was someone in her life. Her full life. So, why wasn't fate done yet? And why did he never tell the truth about what happened the day that he lost her? Who was he trying to protect? When an accident brought them face to face again, the years felt like only hours for him. As she realized time didn't heal old wounds, she kept herself safe from him, but this didn't keep her safe from everyone. He wants to help her, but will he only hurt her again, or will fate finally get its way? It has only taken a lifetime to find out.
