Giselle didn't reply, but the man chuckled lightly, returning to his seat. "I believe your mother already explained the whereabouts of your father," he said. "If you sign this contract and become my bride, not only will you get the chance to see your father, but you'll also be the future queen of where I come from," he added. Giselle glared at the prince, ready to reject his offer. "Your Majesty, please give her time to think about it," Mrs. Ramirez cut in. She knew her daughter quite well; she wouldn't want to force her daughter into marriage, but she also wanted to rescue her husband. And so Giselle's life complications had just begun.
