"I got in..." I whispered, my heart filling with awe and excitement, "I GOT IN!" ••••••••• For Kay, being a werewolf is the last possible thing he could want. While most people picture a werewolf to be strikingly hot with strength and courage, Kay was the exact opposite. He was nerdy and artistic; he would rather draw and paint than fight and kill. While others wanted a soulmate, Kay wanted freedom. In other words, he was a disappointment to his pack. So, when the chance comes, Kay grabs it with his paws and leaves to become a regular teenager in a regular world...he becomes an art student. Everything is going great..Kay has had absolutely no contact with his family (not that he cared) and he's pretty good at what he does! However, as we all know, happiness doesn't, and Kay's faced with another obstacle...a roommate. Wait, correction...a GIRL roommate! From this point, everything spirals downwards...his grades, his social life, his dreams. Kay doesn't realise he's falling, and it's already too late to climb back up.

My best friend Greyson McNamara and I have been partners in crime for a while now. Pranks, sneaking out to go to parties, joy riding in our parents' cars, all that crazy teen stuff, we made a pact to do together. And surprise surprise, dating each other was never on that list. I mean it's not like Grey is a bad looking guy or anything. Wink wink. Now back to that no dating thing. For years, we heard about how we would be a cute couple and how we are perfect for each other. Of course, we always laughed it off until one day we didn't. Our senior year has ended with two back to back breakups and all we can think is that we have nothing to lose. That includes us thinking that it can't hurt to try to date each other for the summer before college. We made a promise to each other that we'll stay friends no matter what. Like I said we have nothing to lose. But what if I'm wrong?
