I watched him day after day go love another while I sat watching as my heart crumbled into pieces. My chest felt hollow as he'd pass me through the halls not acknowledging my presence, but simply bumping into me with not so much as an I'm sorry.

She didn't reply and I felt her finger move across my skin, lower, and almost all the way down my lower back. A shiver coursed through my body, strangely pleasant, and I felt her finger stop.
