The Sun and Moon: Only Apart

The sun and the moon stood high in the sky, watching the people of a kingdom called Corona live amongst each other in perfect harmony. Though the sun and moon lived in two different worlds; the day and the night, they both yearned for the same thing: to join those beneath them in their harmony.

No longer did they want to watch. They wanted to experience. So one day, the two had allowed a droplet of themselves to fall to the earth, planting both a golden and a blue flower. And from those flowers, came magical dust, which created a person to walk the earth for them.

Their names were Jack Frost and Rapunzel.

Since the sun and moon lived in their different worlds, that was where Jack and Rapunzel would live.

Every sunset, Rapunzel's form would disappear, returning to the sun.

And every sunrise, Jack's form would also disappear, returning to the moon.

And so, for as long as they could, they roamed throughout the beautiful Corona, eventually ending up in the same place...
