Young Rennay Meyers has never had a very enjoyable life. Her parents abandoned her when she was 6 years old she is now 17 and her life hasn't got any better. 

Terry Fryer has never been one for social interaction. He prefers to stick to the shadows and stay invisible. 

What happens when Rennay's ex-boyfriend's gang members start coming after her with bad intentions and Terry happens to save her? Will Rennay's ex find her after 3 years of her being free from his abusive hands? Or will she find love with someone else?
