History Is Repeating Itself ( A Harry Potter Story)

Valeera Hipsciss is no ordinary girl.
She is a witch.
Leera, as she prefers to be called, wakes one night to find her mother talking to a stranger. A stranger which she does not recognise. This stranger happens to be her father. Leera is forced to leave with this stranger to go to London for the safety of her mother and herself. Her father keeps muttering 'History is Repeating Itself' but what on earth can that mean?
Surely this isn't related the the recent killings of the first-borns of previous death eaters?
After all, her father is Draco Malfoy.
