Green Dash and Erick Goodsell have known each other their whole lives, they behave many times as if they where the same person, they even got their powers the same way. But while one lives the life of a superhero, the other just wants to be a normal guy. However both of their status are put at risk when the secrets of their past begin to surface once again and make their current lives shatter in a million pieces.

MXM Danny Taylor, 28, was failing in life, unloved and married off in a business arrangement, used and discarded by his family, now divorced, a string of failed relationships, a dirty little flat he could barely afford, and a miserable dead end job. His one true friend Hina the only saving grace in his tired world. One damp chilly Friday night after yet another soul destroying day, a sudden scream, a screech of tyres and a loud bang outside shocks Danny out of his slumber. Choking to death in the road outside Danny's flat after a drunk driver rammed his motorbike off the road, obliterating the machine and sending him slamming into the curb, Mark faces certain death. But not caring for his own pain, and with one simple action Danny saves the life of the man behind the visor. A man with haunting grey eyes. The selfless action changes his life when he encounters the 'mirror man', the shadow of the rider he saved, in his bathroom mirror, while the man is in a coma. Meeting Marks parents who come to thank him for saving their son starts a chain of events that Danny could never have imagined. He catches feelings for the mirror man, and for the real Mark Chandler when he wakes up. Danny's ex returns, causing a scene and a broken door, forcing Danny to stay with Marks family. All is okay until a silly spat takes Danny back to his flat where he collapses, exhausted after neglecting himself. Waking up in hospital he learns that Mark has had half his leg amputated after also collapsing at home.
