Set after Hikaru semi-recovers from Sai's disappearance. I basically disreguarded the rest of the manga.
Hikaru visits Touya's house. Not to talk to Akira mind you. He's actually there to talk to his father to attempt to explain why he can no longer play against Sai, without all the crazy mystic stuff. Akira ease drops.

Halloween - Oregairu
Having been notified about the death of his entire family due to a fatal car crash, Hachiman Hikigaya goes through a silent meltdown. And it worsens. It was only the beginning of his suffering. A few weeks into October, he has progressed to any sort of recovery, still in a silent state. His friends gradually moved on from him. He has been distancing himself from them, and from school. Losing his his entire family, and now losing to the one person he hated the most and having known his crush would be with someone else. Having no power to prevent it. He was already at the bottomless pits of hell. October 31st, 2018: a graduation party takes place in Sobu High School. As he stared at the window inside his room, he noticed Komachi's old boyfriend, Taishi, and another person outside the front yard. And after heading the contents of their conversation. Hell decided to return Hachiman Hikigaya back to the living world, with a gift. But it really wasn't a gift. It brought itself to him.Concluida

They have not spoken a word in over a decade, however, to his surprise, their parents were still in a very low contact with his brother. Leaving him behind while they went on a vacation, they dumped Sasuke on the farm where Itachi lives and works, among with other people. Sasuke immediately hates everything about this arrangement, but has no way out.Concluida

What will however happen if the symbol of peace gives him an answer he has never though he would hear? More importantly, what will he do once he finds out he still has family out there? Will Izuku be able to find them? And what will poor Izuku think about his new family? Will they be able to save him from himself? Let's find out!
