For centuries, humans and monsters have been at war, savagely tearing each other down. When one side takes it too far and releases a deadly and cataclysmic bomb, North America is reduced to a semi-functioning wasteland. Seventy years later, a young human named Frisk is given the opportunity to join a ragtag band of monsters who pride themselves on protecting others, but will Frisk be forced to experience something far less desirable?
