"So avoid using the word 'very' because it is lazy. A man is not very tired, he is exhausted. Don't use very sad, use morose. Language was invented for one reason, boys - to woo women - and, in that endeavor, laziness will not do."

Elizabeth Frost is as cold as her name. She's rude, manipulative, and caustic. As well as the 24 year old heiress to a multi-billion dollar telecommunications company. So we can add arrogant bitch to the list too.

Lizzie doesn't "do" romance or much of anything else besides prepare for a lifelong job as the sole owner and CEO of her grandfather's and father's beloved company. But the last time the world checked, she was a bright girl of 22 who just wanted to party all night long.

That is the mission of Jacob Darcy. A lovable and sweet 25 year old looking for a challenge. He lives life to the fullest and and is thoroughly confused by Elizabeth Frost. And he is dying to know why. So he gets to her the only way he knows how to. He tries to woo her.

Sounds impossible, huh. A coffee shop disaster, an unplanned vacation, and a couple of awkward kisses. Find out how Elizabeth Frost finally looks up at life.
