Chelsea Smith can't stand that she's moving to her godmother's house for 12 years. Once she arrives she gets creeped out by Ms. Fulton, her new elderly neighbor. Apparently Ms.Fulton owns a cemetary and hires Chelsea to help. She finds out about Ms.Fulton's miserable life. One night a ghost meets Chelsea claims that he was Ms.Fulton's husband.
