Astrid is shocked when her mother disappears into thin air, leaving her to crash in the middle of Desert Road. Astrid finds herself in the local town, discovering the Dome, she slowly sorts out the town, but with all the adults gone, things get messy.

Yes I know this is a similar story line to the Gone series, by Michael Grant (it's actually really good 10/10 would read again) because that series inspired this book. Enjoy!

*Prologue* To be entirely honest with you, I never really considered my future. It's not like I needed to...right?
