"I'm going to need dangerous weapons, big, dangerous weapons."

During an accident in London in 2001, a baby is born and dies before she can take her first breath.

During an accident in London in 2001, the same baby is born and lives to tell the tale. That baby becomes 15-year-old Haven O'Connor, a modest and courageous mechanic.

What if there were second chances? Third chances? Fourth chances? Would you eventually be able to save the world from sinister zombies? Would you even want to?

Safe Haven follows Haven O'Connor and her thoughtful friend, William Greenway, as their quiet lives tumble through turbulent events in Paris, again and again.

However, the end of the world approaches, and time is running out for Haven. She is left with two options: stop the sinister zombies in one hour, or allow the world to end in a ball of fire.

Indrani_Solaris explores zombies and fighting to full effect in this science fiction novel.

Hidden deep in the California valley is the Aves Department for the infamous C.R.O.S.S. Laboratories. Offered an internship this esteemed genetic research lab, biology graduate Aurora Hall felt like she was living the dream. However, she soon begins to question the commonality of all the locked doors and vague answers from the shady staff. When she finds an abandoned ID badge with access to the highly restricted Section 3, she can't help but take a look. What she finds makes her question why she was picked as an intern, and she is faced with a choice that threatens to uproot everything she knows about science, humanity, and even love. ▪️▪️▪️ I flattened my palm on the cold glass and held my breath. My heart raced as I watched him tentatively lifting his hand to reach mine. Then I saw it. A flash of white in corner of my vision. Turning my focus away from the man, I focused on the white shape behind him. Craning my neck, I tried to inspect it further but my confusion only grew when I recognized it to be a patch of white feathers. Wait...feathers? He must have noticed my gaze because his lips quirked up into a proud smile and suddenly the patch of white grew into an entire wing. No, not just one, two wings...and they were attached to his back. -Rankings- #1 in Creature 3/03/2021 ❤️ #1 in Beast 1/27/2023 ❤️ #1 in Subject 8/27/2022 ❤️ #1 in Dystopia 3/25/2020 ❤️ #1 in Laboratory 4/27/2021 ❤️ #1 in Science-Fantasy 4/21/2023 ❤️ #2 Young Adult 4/18/2023 #2 Strong-Female-Character 12/20/2021 ALL RIGHTS RESERVED [NEW COVER 4/3/2021] [COMPLETED 4/9/2022] *WATTPAD EXCLUSIVE STORY*

Enjoy this story for free, available now for a limited time! The aliens kill every human they catch, or in rare cases, put trackers on them to discover their hidden villages. When Natalie is caught in an ambush, she is unexpectedly released. But there is no tracker. The Saursunes have an entirely different motive this time. *** Run. Don't look back. When Natalie is trapped in an alien ambush, she is unexpectedly released. The first human to ever be let go. The Saursunes invaded centuries ago, and everyone knows that getting caught is certain death. Natalie is confused but grateful to be alive. As a porter, one of the few humans with the rare ability to teleport between special crystal formations, she must leave the safety of her desert village every day to help gather food. When other villages increase their raids on the Saursunes' farms, the aliens retaliate by hunting down every human they can find - except Natalie's group. Instead of trying to kill her and those helping her, they bring them food instead. Is it a trap? Or something else? Natalie isn't sure, but one thing is certain: the Saursunes aren't done with her yet. ------------ Updates are Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 11-1pm MST.
