Cold Wars {Gabriel x Reader}

Gabriel felt a sudden shake while he was talking to Castiel. The blue eyed angel glanced warily at his brother; he had no idea what was happening. Both angels rushed quickly through the corridors of heaven, needing a talk to their father.

"Do you have any idea what is going on Castiel?" Gabriel asked, swiftly running around the corner. His pacing became unbalanced as another shake occurred.

"No, but I can sense a great disturbance in Heaven. Our brothers and sisters are as dumbfounded as us," Castiel replies, placing a hand on the wall to steady himself.

They finally reached the door to their father's office, but they were quickly knocked back by a sudden force. They hissed in pain as their heads slammed against the wall. Hissed? Gabriel threw a quick glance at Castiel but he was nowhere to be seen.

Black. That was all he could see until he opened his eyes. He was falling, and so were others. He could see Heaven above; Castiel and Balthazar were falling but they were falling apart from each other. The night was painted white below, and the sky was streaked with "shooting stars."

Gabriel cried as he felt a burning pain in his back, then nothing. He felt cold laying there in the pure white snow. Feeling miserable and on the verge of death.

"Fuck."
