The year is 2176, climate change has made most of the earth near uninhabitable, save for a few cities established or refurbished by the rich. A young maintenance worker in one of these cities tries her best to continue with the life she knows, but soon discovers, that, much like the climate, some things never stay the same.

This story is about a young female starting into college that learns there is more to life than having a family, friends, working hard in school, and all the rest. She finds herself ripped from her world to another. The story starts with her being a knight on another planet. She must face her traumas of being a slave, so she ends up writing a journal of what she did go through and felt. We all go through heard times. Each individual must face their fears to overcome them. This is what Marry Wills will do throughout this story.
