Alice is living the perfect life. She lives in a beautiful house and has rich parents. She is very close with her crush. She hasn't had one bad day. Not only is she popular, but she's famous. She has the voice of an angel and is the most kind-hearted person you'll ever meet. She has the looks and she has the talent. She has the amazing grades. She's captain of both the soccer and field hockey teams. All the girls want to be her and all the guys want to be with her. She cherishes life and lives it to the fullest.

Let's fix those statements, shall we?

Alice is living the perfect life [or maybe not]. She lives in a beautiful [,empty] house and has rich parents [that are never there]. She is very close with her crush[who just so happens to be her gay best friend]. She hasn't had one bad day[, she lives a life of bad days]. Not only is she popular [for all the wrong reasons], but she's famous [because of her perfect brother]. She has the voice of an angel [that no ones ever heard] and is the most [broken,] kind-hearted person you'll ever meet. She has the looks and she has the talent [that no one notices] . She has the amazing grades [that she studies hours on end for]. She's captain of both the soccer and track teams [and works her butt off to keep it that way]. All the [fake] girls want to be her and all the [wrong] guys want to be with her. She cherishes life and lives it to the fullest [but she never truly can].

Alice's life is not as simple as it seems, but at the same time neither are the lives of the people around her. Join Alice as her "perfect" life shows it's true colors.
