Hadley Harlow is normal girl living in Washington D.C. trying to get into college and dealing with the daily struggles of school. But there is one factor in her life that we don't have to deal with. In her world, humanity is struggling for recourses, and there is a war going on. The war is for materials like water, food, and oil. This war is different for the others, its every country for themselves, and the Hadley fears that soon the US will turn against each other.
