Saoirse Kingsley grew up in Northern Ireland. After her parents death she is sent to England to live with her only living relative. A cousin who lives in London and works as a private detective to London's elite. Her world changes when Lord Devon Blackwell hires her cousin to investigate the disappearance of his friend's sister. Saoirse is whisked into the world of balls, and jealous woman as she is asked to help by listening in to the gossip of the ladies rooms.
