A.P.P. QUALIFICATION FORM

Please note that the board of A.P.P. is not responsible for any deaths. The children participating in this qualification chose to enter the competition on their own accord. If you are not aware of the details, those who enter the competition will be sorted into three teams. It is not against the rules to attack people, unless they are on your own team. You are permitted to leave the competition, but you can't enter again unless it is within an hour of another competitor leaving the competition.
