As part of her new Jedi training, Rey seeks the ruins of an old Jedi Temple. Only, there's a problem... The world it's apparently located on doesn't appear on any official maps of the galaxy! Accompanied by Chewy and R2-D2, Rey travels to the closest known system to inquire about its location, a world where an unexpected conflict between First Order and Resistance Members, as well as a LOCAL CRIME SYNDICATE will emerge, with Rey caught right in the crossfire!

"Enlighten me," he threatened, though it sounded like a plea. "It wasn't our time, Ben, you know that." Rey's voice shook a little. "When is our time?" Kylo's voice became lighter. "You already know the answer to that," she sniffled. *** The Force knew Rey was to be in Kylo Ren's life just as Kylo was to be in Rey's. However, both individuals prayed and hoped for very different outcomes. Rey wanted nothing more than to bring Kylo Ren back to the Light. She wanted to show him the wonders it provided and the life they could have if he returned to her. Kylo wanted to bring her to the Dark Side. He wanted to rule with his bride by his side. Kylo Ren, the leader of the mysterious Knights of Ren, will recieve training from his master Snoke as he becomes more powerful. As the Resistance celebrates its victory in destroying the First Order's base, it must mobilize for an all-out galactic war under it's heroes Leia Organa, Finn, and Poe Dameron. Meanwhile, Rey, having found Luke Skywalker on the lost planet of Ahch-To, must receive training from the Last Jedi. The fate of the galaxy rests on a knife edge...

Kylo Ren left the scene of the massacre, where he had just murdered dozens of former fellow Jedi padawans, at the academy his uncle had established. He didn't look back, for he knew that if he did, he would totally break...he would be torn apart. Please note that this story STARTS in the time while Kylo Ren/Ben is at the Jedi Academy and that this story was written directly after The Force Awakens! Luke Skywalker stands net to R2-D2 the sky around him burns shades of orange, yellow and red and behind him a Jedi temple burns. Kylo feels his father's hand upon his face the watched as his father falls into the abyss. "Your journey nears its end." A sinister voice now whispers, and a flash of blue light reveals a fleet of Imperial Star Destroyers filling the vastness of space as blue fire leaps between them. A powerful red laser of an unseen weapon obliterates the surface of a planet. Shrieks, whispers and screams and then the sound of a lightsaber igniting. A fiery red saber but behind that saber is Rey, her hand twitches and the saber becomes a double-pronged staff. A maniacal evil laugh cackles. Kylo woke with a start and sat upright on his bed. Written after the first trailer dropped and finished before the film was released. Contains references to previous films, novelisations and comics.
