It's the Summer of 2012 in England. Fifteen years have passed since Diana, Princess of Wales' tragic death. Her beloved children survive without her, leaning on one another to get through the roller coaster that is life. But they are children no longer; Prince William married his sweetheart Catherine Middleton last year, Prince Harry has been to war and is preparing once again for deployment, and Princess Caroline is no longer the toddler that broke a nation's heart. The Princess of Wales is now in her second year at University.
But, the eyes of the world are once again upon London. The Summer Olympics have arrived. People are flocking to the city to see the famed sports; and this includes other royals. What will happen when a Royal Dinner is held at the palace? What will happen when the young Princess sees a certain Belgian prince? Will this be a fairytale that the world has coveted for?

Note: Story will start in the past and make its way to present day.

26 parts Complete

Imagine if Prince Charles and Princess Diana had a daughter. Now 23 years later, Princess Gwendoline deals with paparazzi, life and love. Everyone states she looks like her mother-- the late and great Lady Diana Spencer-- but Princess Gwendoline barely even knew her. As a snapshot of her life, in the summer of 2018, many things are changing. She is trying to find her place in the monarchy while trying to find her place in the world. Please Note: This was requested by a reader, and it may be is not what they wanted but this is what happens. I am a cynic after all. (It comes out in the rest of my work as well.) I wrote this in twelve hours, so I know it's not my best work. As well as, I know that there is no Princess Gwendoline exists, and I chose to use events during the summer of 2018 to make it more believable.
