Mark is a companion. He can switch from his golden retriever form to his human one. Most companions love their master's but Mark is different. He still loves his master, but not like that. Jack means everything to him and if helping him through his last year of school is
what he needs Mark will do it. Jack tells him everything. But he just wishes Jack knew how he really felt about the matter.
