This is about a girl named Bobbie and her brother James falling in love with their doctor. They try their best to stay away but the doctors are to sexy to resist them for long. Doctor Dean Winchester is Bobbie Spicer's doctor and James Spicer's doctor is Zack Luther. James is gay and is the male of the relationship. Brianna Worley's doctor is Sammy Winchester. Sammy and Dean are twin brother and is best friends with Zack. Brianna is Bobbie's best friend since eighth grade.
