[!!Currently on hiatus!!]

It's been five years since the last world threatening attack. The only recent violence has been from Dr. Eggman's occasional surprises. However, Eggman had taken advantage of all this peacefulness by coming up with a scheme to finally rid himself of Sonic.

        During a late afternoon robot-attack, Sonic let his guard down. His metal counterpart captured him and brought him to the mad man's lair. There, Eggman tries to awaken and control Dark Sonic. But something goes wrong with the experiment and instead of awakening Dark Sonic, Eggman unleashes something terrifying, something more powerful... and something much, much more dangerous... Sonic.EXE...

        With a demon possessing his soul, Sonic seems lost to the madness. The creature who haunts him has only one goal: to release his brethren from Ealim Bila Ruh, the "realm without souls". 

        Sonic's friends must now find a way to bring the young hero back before their world is bathed in the blood of millions.

After all, someone was stealing his identity to destroy military bases. What he didn't expect though was to wake up in his clockless house... on the MOON. or Sonic finds himself in a time loop and just wants out of it. or, or Sonic Adventure 2 with a strange- almost eerie change of events. or, or, or It's all vibe that tries to tie into a coherent storyline. The Sonic gang is going on a trip to another place called Sycora City, a 2 day trip from Green Hills. Shadow is driving because why not. Sonic is next to him in the passenger seat, bugging Shadow while he drives. Amy is with Sticks, trying to teach her how to act more ladylike and to stop being paranoid. Silver and Blaze and snoozing in the middle seats of the van next to Amy and Sticks. Knuckles and Rouge are sitting in the back. Rouge is teasing Knuckles and Knuckles is annoyed, looking out the window and trying to ignore her. Shadow-rin and Tails are sitting next to them. Tails is sitting next to the window and sleeping. Shadow-rin is sitting next to him and has her headphones in, drawing in her sketchbook. Their road trip was meant to be a fun and enjoyable time to just hang out. But on the first night, they stop to stay over in a hotel in a secluded area. The place was practically empty, and they were the only people there apart from the owner, an old man. The place was dark and old, but the room they booked was more better kept, minus the dust. At night, Shadow-rin and Tails hear something, making them look around the dark halls in the middle of the night to investigate. The owner is hiding something, but they don't know what. And they don't want to find out.
