When I joined SHIELD as an agent, I made it a habit to write my SHIELD experiences down in a diary, not a day going by when something interesting did not happen. 

One day, a young agent (who was promptly put in the medical wing, by me) stole my diary and was reading it aloud to his friends when Fury came upon the group. Fury, much to my dismay, confiscated the diary and turned it into a handbook for all new recruits as required reading.
