Chris and her boy-best friend Alli have to move apart. Chris is one of the first to go to college in her family, and she is going to Juilliard in the fall. Her dad sets her up with a gorgeous penthouse and what he presumes is a female roommate. Much to both Chris and her father's surprise, Emerson is anything but feminine.
