Rose Merlin, 19 Years old. She's been Friends with Ian through high school. Ian Lost connection with her when he dropped out. She graduated 2 years later and went to college. She finally started talking to Ian once again, and by that things heat up between her and Lip. They had a past relationship but She was nothing more than a fuck buddy to him. Ian started to grow feelings for her realizing he's Bi. He had a chance to end her and Lips relationship and took it. Things get complicated when Mickey comes back to town and the truth comes out.
This takes place where mickey escapes prison, but Ian is single and Lips in college.
