Genevieve is Tristan's sister. When the doctor said that he needed a transplant, she stepped up to the plate, knowing that she owed him at least that much. Now she's gone through three artificial hearts, wondering how much longer she can stay alive.

Tristan wants to know why Genevieve has changed so dramatically while he was in a coma.
