"I saw the monster in you; but you saw it in me too." Growing up living within the forest, Mäxwil understood the need to survive. Surrounded by the traveling village he called home, the boy grew to be known as an outcast, he not understanding why the others looked towards him with fear, and sometimes anger. According to his grandmother, their anger was unjust. But no matter how much he begged, she refused to tell him what he wanted to know. In order for him to find out, Mäx knew he would have to get the answers himself. When he discovers a group of Rovers traveling past with two prisoners, Mäx takes this as his only opportunity to prove to them that he is someone worth fighting for. However, he's about to learn a lot more about himself than he ever thought possible.
