DISCONTINUED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. An angsty, epic, enemies to lovers/ forbidden love story. Dream grew up as a commoner in a foster home for sixteen years. When his birth parents die, Dream's life is turned upside down-he is now King. He is inexperienced and sent to an allied Kingdom to learn how to rule. There, he meets Prince George, an experienced, emotionally closed off, stubborn ruler who wants nothing to do with Dream. As both rulers fall victim to centuries of unchanged laws/stigmas, usurpers, and assassination attempts, they try to find the balance between listening to their duty to their Kingdoms and the duty to their hearts. Their story unravels itself through a series of flashbacks as each memory resurfaces years later in Dream's mind. Inspo: Listen To Your Heart by Roxette (song) (I can't figure out how to make the summary more interesting without spoiling the whole plot) -------------------------- Cover photo found on Pinterest. I added the title and red tint.
