Alexis Harper or Alex, as she's known around town, loves the night. She loves it so much, that it's the only time she'll leave the house. No. Alex is not a vampire. However, the residents in the town she lives in (Paramount Beach) has other thoughts.
Maxwell Huntington, also known as Max, is always outside. It is very rare to see him within his own home. He either stays at a friend's or in a fraternity house. Max's house is apparently 'haunted'. Everyone he tells doesn't believe him.
One night they meet in an alleyway in front of an abandoned motel, but they aren't themselves.
A connection is made, not a romantic one.
A deal is sealed, not an ordinary one.
An invite is sent, not a friendly one.
