Nakoma was brutal. It was no wonder that she spent her life in a military camp while her mother was off in Iraq. It was no great surprise to anyone except her when her parentage became known.

She's impulsive.

She's brash.

She's tough.

She doesn't allow anyone the pleasure of making her a doormat, especially if it's a stupid oracle and especially especially if it's the gods. But it seems as of late, that she's becoming the stinkiest, dirtiest, most useless doormat there is.

All because of that stupid rhyme-y poem.
