A Poem my First Love wrote me when we were together at 14 years old. For almost two years right before our 16th birthday we stopped all communication and havent spoken to one another for 6 almost 7 years. We are 21 years old now and some how reconnected and together better and stronger than ever. We were so young and dont even have a reason why we broke up. It just had ended and we stopped talking, plus my dad wasnt fond of me having a boyfriend and so we had to break up.  As i was going through some boxes i had i found a poem he wrote me right before our 1 year anniversary at 15 years old. With his permission i am posting it online with his name. He would like me to have as a dedication of his love to me.

Standing in front of me is someone I considered one of the most important people to me back in highschool. As soon as I looked into those Caribbean blue that I used to know so well, I knew it was her. It takes her a few seconds to realize who I am. She stands there stunned. We continue to stare at each other until she breaks the silence. "Josh?" She asks not believing it's actually me. "Hey Katie girl."
