Ya'know, the ones that never end well, because by the end of it, by the end of all your struggling to keep people alive and suffering incomprehensible amounts of PTSD, we're all dead eventually anyway? Hm, I'm sure you have.
I'm also betting my ass that you've never once thought that it could really, ever happen. It's just stupid fiction, yeah?
Well;
My name's Leah, and I live in a world that is quickly being taken over by the Ragnarok, a virus, something which is turning everyone into cannibalistic monsters faster than I can blink. Zombies.
I lost everyone that I knew.
I lost everyone that I ever loved.
I have had to do things that will scar me for the rest of my life.
The worst part of all of this?
I was lonely, petrified, defenseless, suicidal.
I had nothing else to live for.
But then..
...Then I met you..

Firstly, A trigger warning for mental health/ self inflicted wounds when reading. you're only 18 years old. your name is zoe. you always had a love for the apocalypse but didn't think it would truly happen. and you slowly learn that nobody is who they say they are. Nobody is to be trusted. Things are gonna fall apart, and nobody can save us now. This book is being rewritten again and hopefully is better than the first and second time it was published. It's kind of cringe most of the way. Wrote it when i was like 13-14 years old or something and tried rewriting when I was about 16. Didn't work. Trying to rewrite it again at 20 but i don't think the first two books are saveable. Book three so far however is going well(i believe anyway). The second book has also been rewritten and will be rewritten again. now I'm working on finishing book three. I have decided to force myself to write every day. I've tried to start a novel countless times, so I have reached the conclusion that it's better to write short stories. I was looking for Short Story challenges to make it exiting, and I found one that I liked; writing one micro fiction story each day, it doesn't matter how many words it has or what it is about, but, I have to finish one every day. I decided this was the best moment to start, it being march of 2020, and me being in quarantine with nothing to do. This is why this book exists, each day I will write a piece of micro-fiction and post it in this book. I believe that I will get better through time if I follow this challenge.
