Asriel Dupre is a regular 18 year old. Until one day her boss, whose family was killed in a serial killing spree, gives her a task to do that she can't say no to, killing. Between trying to fit into a new neighborhood, balance a new relationship, with a little killing spliced in between, she has to come up with inventive ways of making people disappear to satisfy her boss. But is it really her that's doing all the killing? Or someone else? NOTE: I wrote most of this when I was younger, therefore, there might be quite a few spelling errors. I apologize! I'm doing some MAJOR editing, slowly but surely!

She knew that her twin brother Casey got into trouble outside of school, but she didn't know that he was getting into "Lukas Hasten" kind of trouble. And until Christmas break, the name Lukas Hasten meant nothing to her. Boy, those were the days. ******* Dev Asters is used to flying to Garber, Michigan every year for Christmas break. She's used to how her parents leave her and her brother behind to go on luxurious vacations. And she's used to spending most of her time with her aunt and uncle when her brother runs away with his friends. But the one thing that she isn't used to is having her routine, no matter how boring, interrupted. So when her parents tell her that they're moving to Garber in the summer, her world is turned upside down. Things seemingly can't get any worse. That is, until the day she meets Casey's friends. They agree to go to an abandoned house in the woods. But when they get there, they find something unthinkable. There's a dead body in the forest, and no one seems to know what happened or how it got there. At first the death is labeled an accident, but it soon becomes apparent to Dev that something more sinister has taken place. *I do not own the images used on the cover of my book*
