Felicity Williams is an average 16 year old girl. Everything was terrible for her in Loserville until she met Victoria Summers. Vicky's family owned their school so she became real popular that was a day before she met Felicity. The two girls became great friends while Vicky slowly pulled Felicity on the road of popularity. At first, Felicity thought that all popular means is being a mean selfish person who bullies other people. Little does she know that Vicky will soon be creating a new meaning for 'popular'. Will Felicity join Victoria/Vicky or will she not believe that popular people can be changed into a good one?
