A senior in high school named Luna is dying of cancer. No one at her school knows about it. Not even her teachers nor her best friend Carla. She is then bullied by some of the kids at school. And is known to be as the "Weak Girl".

Luna doesn't really believe in love because she still considers herself young. That is until a boy named Ciro comes into her life. He turns Luna's life around and is there for her every step of her senior year.
