It has been months since Bruce Wayne has last seen Harleen and he is convinced that she is dead. About one month after he last sees her, while he is on duty as Batman, he and Harley Quinn share a romantic night. Soon he catches her when her and the Joker's car crashes and the Joker is nowhere to be seen. 
Now it has been a little while since the squad teamed up and took down Enchantress and the Joker freed Harley Quinn, and Bruce Wayne is starting to realize some things he should have realized before: That Harleen Quinzel and Harley Quinn are the same person. In a rageful state, Superman flies over to Arkham Asylum en route to Batman and Joker, and when he gets there he kills The Joker and becomes the biggest criminal the world has ever known. After that Superman makes the One Earth Government or 'Regime' to bring peace, whereas Batman and Robin(Y/n L/n) make the Insurgency as a way to combat Superman and make him see that what he's doing is wrong. Along the way death comes to any who oppose Superman with a few well known names like Oliver Queen(Green Arrow) and Dick Grayson(Nightwing) who gets killed by Damian Wayne.
