Overshadowed

Lavender was born into the Grey Society. Like all children she was locked away I her safe house with her mother. Well, other children had both of their parent but Lavender had never known her father and her mother pretended he had never existed. Ever since her excursion to the protectors station when she was eight, dreamed of leaving to the outside world. Now, years later she gets the chance to leave into the outside world, a world filled with zombies and strange birds.
